Our instruments and probes are known for their technical innovation, robustness, and long lifespan. To keep up with technological advancements and new challenges, we constantly monitor the performance, ease of use, and technological status of all our products.
However, even products that have been successful for many years cannot be produced indefinitely. This can happen due to changes in customer needs, lack of availability of electronic components, or general technological progress that requires new developments.
Typically, from the moment a tool is declared out of production, we aim to offer a minimum total support period of at least 3 years followed by at least 2 years of partial support. It is our concern to extend this timeframe as much as possible, thus ensuring the continuity and peace of mind of our customers in using our equipment.
